Dr. Kamal Badr
Professor of Medicine (Nephrology and Hypertension), Executive Associate Dean for Medical Education, and Founder/Director of the Vascular Medicine Program at the American University of Beirut.
Dr. Joao Lima
Professor of medicine, radiology and epidemiology at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. His pioneering work in cardiac imaging using advanced MRI, CT and echocardiography has led to noninvasive techniques for predicting cardiovascular disease.
Dr. Assaad A. Eid
Professor in the Department of Anatomy, Cell Biology and Physiological Sciences at the Faculty of Medicine of the American University of Beirut, where he also serves as the chairperson of the Department.
Dr. Robert H. Habib
Director of the Society of Thoracic Surgeons Research Center (Chicago, IL), and Professor of Medicine and past Director of the Outcomes Research Unit – Clinical Research Institute, American University of Beirut. Dr. Habib is co-investigator on the SHARP NIH award.
Dr. Yousif Asfour
Dr. Yousif Asfour currently serves as Chief Innovation and Transformation Officer leading the consolidated Office of Information Technology at the American University of Beirut (AUB) and the American University of Beirut Medical Center (AUBMC).
